Laparoscopy has been used for decades now in the treatment of various abdominal pathologies general surgery, urology, gynecology and pediatric surgery. The use laparoscopy establishing diagnosis when other modalities have failed is also well known. aim this study was to assess uses as a diagnostic tool problems Mosul City hospitals its benefits achieving accurate diagnosis. Between year 2009 2019, 200 patients with were classified into five categories including trauma, acute chronic pelvic pain, cirrhosis hepatitis, malignancies intra-abdominal testes.
